Myself, Ian Pryce, started in this industry in 1972 for Everest as a
Salesman, working my way up through the ranks to sales manager in my
region of South Wales, also Devon, Somerset and Avon. Although my longing
was to go back to the tools, as fitter which is what I started off as,
before 1972. In 1985 I took the steps of starting my own company, with my
sons who had just left school. We all went on specialist courses for the
installation of PVC-U/aluminium/ timber windows doors etc. Later for
conservatory fitting. Business was good in the local area in the boom
years of the late 80's.
In 1990 we were asked by a customer, whom we had already carried out work
for, to do work at his new house in London, we run an advert to coincide
with this in the Kensington/Chelsea area. From that small start in London
to the present day. It now represents over 60% of our total business.
